Harry Amdurer was born in Manchester, England and was educated at Manchester Jewish Grammar School before attending Yeshivot in Israel and England and Manchester University studying Mathematics and Accountancy.
Harry is a Forensic Accountant by trade and has worked for both HMRC and the IRS in the U.S. where he lived for a number of years, as well as consulting for the South African Revenue Service (SARS)
As well as his Accountancy practice, Harry also presents 13 Shiurim weekly in various locations in the Sharon area and live online Shiurim on subjects ranging from the Talmud to the T’Nach and from Jewish History to Philosophy.
Harry lives with his wife Perli in Ra’anana, Israel after making Aliya in 2005 and has two children – Jamie (who learns in Kollel in Jerusalem) and Nicole (a radiographer working for the NHS in the UK) – Harry is the author of 2 books, “A novel approach” on the Book of Samuel and “In the beginning of the beginning” – a Philosophical analysis of the first three Chapters of Genesis
