Hospitals<\/h2>\n

We work one-on-one and in small groups with hospitalized children and their families. Bed-to-bed and in clinics and day hospital settings, we teach the children how to reduce their pain, anxiety and stress through empowering physical activity, release of negative emotions and calming the nervous system through Martial arts-based breathing techniques and guided visualizations.<\/p>\n

NGOs & Municipalities<\/h2>\n

Through Maagal Giborim (Heroes Circle), we partner with NGOs, municipalities and hospitals to teach resilience techniques. This enables children & teens to feel stronger and more resilient.
